Every time I rewatch the Drowning In The Bay edit I think to myself, Young D goes hard! I first met Daniel while walking down Market Street in SF this past July, and in less than a one month span he was able to throw down these clips between his work schedule and moving apartments. Be on the look out for Daniel McD, the homie's got tricks, tons of energy, and a real passion for fixed freestyle. RATPACK

WW Face Sit Promo
Wrahw just upped a promo video for their new Face Sit LS that was featured on the Wish List. This promo is too good, and felt it deserved it's own post! The riding, the shirt, the filming, the editing, the vibes, everything about this promo.... Torey is a true master. Grab the shirt in the Wrahw web store.

Holiday Wish List
After posting about the Balhogs humble bundle the other day it got me thinking; there's a ton of great fgfs specific product on the market right now and with the holidays upon us I figure may as well make some gift suggestions for any fixie bro you might kno.
1. Grime medicine man bars (pre-order); These bars sold out immediately the first time they were released and now the #1 handlebar in fgfs is available again. I'm so stoked they have a chrome and raw option this time! pick em up here.
2. Destroy Bikes Top-Cap-Pipe; This stem top cap discretely doubles as a toking device, using the wrench hole as a carb and featuring a built in bowl-push that is hidden when the top cap is screwed in place. @Kennykiller14 approved, this just might be the ultimate fgfs accessory, grab it here.
3. TTV Harajuku Beanie; Theith released his new line of gear recently, this beanie caught my eye as something different and unique. It's always cool to mix things up and not make everything so obviously bike related. Murder. swoop one in the gift shop.
4. Balhogs Piston Wax; Slick design and even slicker wax. The gluestick packaging keeps your bag clean and prevents the wax from rubbing or melting all over your goods. Get it straight from the source.
5. Wrahw Face Sit Long Sleeve; This is what I'm most pumped for this holiday season. Fully designed by Torey Thornton in his signature loose hand style, these shirts are the real deal! Swoop em quick from the Wrahw shop.
6. Grime Ghost; If you or someone you know is in need of a new frame, do yourself (or significant other/kids/cousin/homie..anyone) a favor and pick up the new Grime Ghost. Grime has been the leading innovators in fgfs since they first broke on to the scene, now with they're third frame release you know it's on point. I've ridden this frame and seen it an action and have to say, this is the best frame available on the market right now! Pick it up here from iMinusd.

ACSLAYER TEQUILA K.O.
Just the other night Aidan Curry pulled a Manny Pacquiao and was down for the count. After this knockout he became a solid base for some Jenga while gaining a couple face tats and becoming the life of the party....Weekdays With Curry. 1Day with The Balhogs
This past Sunday BALHOGS Colin Foster and Sam Hanson came down to hangout in Richmond, VA with Aidan Curry and myself. The weather was weirdly perfect considering it's december, feeling like a warm spring day, plus no one went to the hospital this time, making for a super sick day! Sam and Colin are two of the funniest dudes I know and have some of the wildest styles out there. Hopefully this winter will stay mild and we'll be able to make some more trips back and forth soon.

Slezra Session
(When we got to the spot this women ask if we had seen her goat, it was this tall.)
The other weekend Ezra Tarasovich came down for a couple days so we snagged a few clips together. We were hoping to put together a solo edit but he may have broken his wrist so we'll see what happens. Heal up bud.
Papa Krillz Karepackage
Big Papa Krillz aka Joey Krillz hooked me up with this sick personalized carepackaage, including my favorite piece of Grime gear, the Ghost Dog Crewneck. Also included was a bunch of rad Ice Cold mini magz, some Trail Punks swag, a baller blue Sadio lockring, and a ridicules collection of stickers. Thank you so much Krillz, I'm beyond stoked!
Slacker School
I've been slackin' here on posts due to finishing up one of my last semesters in school (I only have two classes left and then I am completely done). In the next few posts you'll see what's been going on over the past couple weeks.
This is my teacher, she hates me.

AFC UPROAR
Matt "Slumworm" Reyes put together this edit which was filmed on 3 separate cameras by Colby Elrick, Matt Reyes, and Stephanie Brennan. This is definitely one of my favorite edits to come out in awhile. I always love to see the homies having a good time, especially when unbelievable riding is going down. Literally everyone shut it down in this one but my favorite standouts are Devon's flawless double peg bar, JeffyD's insane feeble 180, which won best trick at the event, Ant's ridicules superman attempt, and of course Slum's ender made my head explode.

David English for RATPACK
David English is one of the raddest dudes I know. Just two days ago, on halloween, he painted up the newest RATPACK logo which was featured in the latest RATPACK edit. I worked with English years ago at Palace5ive skate shop in DC and am so stoked he's now calling Richmond, VA his new home! David English is currently working as an apprentice at HOLD IT DOWN Tattoo Shop in RVA, along with FGFS OG Julio Betancourt, if you're in the area be sure to get blasted there.
Thanks again Dave, you're the fucking man!

RATPACK Exclusive: Grime Bikes/Wheeltalk at Fijate 2012
I know Halloween is now over but I felt everyone deserved an extra treat. Last month I spent about a week with The Grime fam in Pureto Rico. Unquestionably it was the wildest trip I've ever been a part of, The Grime team without a doubt rides and parties harder than you or myself. Here without further a adieu is the Grime Bikes/WHEELTALK Connection in San Juan, Puerto Rico for Fijate 2012 filmed and edited by Lucas Bockelmann. All riding was filmed in two days between September 30th and October 1st. Huge thank you to Grime Bikes, Wheeltalk, Lock Foot Possi, Bicijangueo, PRfixed, and Ciclo Canibal. Enjoy. RATPACK

Stay Strapp'd: MTS Mudflap V.2
I've been running these custom RATPACK red MTS Mudflap V.2 straps by Burro for about 2 weeks now and I have to say, they are the absolute truth. In the past I've ran a variety of straps from different companies but nothing has come close to these. The new V.2's feature a lightweight design that provides an unmatched highly responsive feeling and a secure fit that won't let you down. MTS, as always, brings true innovation and design to another one of his signature products. Support a rider and brand that have been pushing it since the beginning and pick yours up today.
I really love how vibrant the blood red is against the shy sand yellow. RATPACK

RVA in PR
These two pictures are a couple of my favorites from hanging out in Puerto Rico for Fijate2012. Above is myself, my VX, and Tony Foresta (lead singer of Richmond, Virginia thrash metal band Municipal Waste). The Waste just happened to be playing a show in San Juan and wound up at our designated spot / second home, El Local, after. Below is a group snap I snagged off the Wheeltalk blog. It really portrays the loose family vibes of the wild trip. RATPACK

Sadio Snap
Aidan Curry has been taking it to the edge and back lately and his bike is feeling the abuse. This time his Sadio 420 bars felt the beating and gave out at the weld. I'm stoked to see what bars he ends up with next, with so many great designs out it's going to be a tough decision. RATPACK

Balhogs with the Fuego
Saw this a few days and found myself watching it over and over, The Balhogs really bring the heat in this one! Check out Sam, Colin, Sean, Tom, and Torey shredding this D.I.Y. Baltimore park. Colin is no question one of the most innovative and creative riders out there, who else can run a rear break and not only get away with it but make it look good?
If you're not already following @Balhogs on instagram you're fuckin up.

RATPACK in Puerto Rico
(Ted, Ed LaForte, Mike Schmitt, Devon Lawson, Lucas Bockelmann, Anthony Combs, Christian Hamrick, Matt Reyes, Jason Clary)
Words can not explain how beautiful and fun Puerto Rico was. It was without a doubt a trip I will never forget. Huge thanks to the Grime Bikes fam for letting me crash and to PRfixed for putting on such a great event! I can't wait for next year's Fijate event. Shout outs to LOCKFOOT, GOODFOOD, Ciclo Canibal, and Bicijangueo. Stay peeled for a RATPACK edit covering the trip and event droppin' soon.
